Before you book
How do I secure my appointment?
Send your request through the form and we'll reply to confirm a time. For bespoke sets or group bookings we may ask for a small deposit, which comes off your final total.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens! Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule so we can offer the slot to someone else. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.
Can I book for a group?
Yes — we love hens parties, birthdays and pre-event groups. Mention your group size and date in the form and we'll arrange the studio for you.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
We do — in any amount, redeemable on any service. Just ask in your message and we'll sort one out for you or your lucky someone.
